The personal data provided by the User are processed by the Controller on the basis of consent given by the User, within the meaning of Article 6(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC — hereinafter referred to as the GDPR. The User has the right to access their personal data at any time, to rectify, erase or restrict the processing of such data, as well as the right to object to processing and the right to data portability.

The Controller processes the personal data of the Service User for the following purposes:

1. communication with the User, in particular handling complaints concerning the Controller’s products or services;
2. presenting commercial offers to the User by electronic means;
3. presenting commercial offers to the User by telephone contact;
4. enabling the User to submit comments or opinions concerning the Controller’s products or services;
5. handling enquiries and preparing offers using automated communication tools (AI chatbot).

The Controller may also process the User’s personal data obtained via the Service for the following purposes:

1. for the purpose of entering into and performing a possible contract between the User and the Controller, as well as servicing the User as a customer of the Controller, in accordance with Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR;
2. for the purpose of conducting financial settlements with the User who is a customer of the Controller in connection with the performance of a possible contract concluded between the parties, as well as the possible pursuit of claims against the User who is a customer, within the Controller’s legitimate interest in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, and fulfilling the Controller’s legal obligations towards tax authorities on the basis of separate provisions, in accordance with Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR;
3. for the purpose of carrying out the Controller’s marketing activities within the Controller’s legitimate interest within the meaning of Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, as well as in accordance with declarations of intent concerning marketing communication submitted to the Controller. Consents granted in the scope of marketing communication (e.g. for sending commercial information by electronic means or telephone contact for direct marketing purposes) may be withdrawn at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal;
4. for the purpose of fulfilling the Controller’s legal obligations towards the User as specified in the GDPR, within the meaning of Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR.

The data may be processed in an automated manner in order to tailor a response or offer; however, this does not produce legal effects concerning the User.

The User’s personal data are or may be disclosed to the following categories of recipients:

• entities cooperating in the provision of the service;
• providers of AI technologies and chatbot systems.

The Controller stores personal data for the period necessary to achieve the specified purposes, i.e.:

• for the period during which the Controller conducts business activity.
